The Role
They are now seeking an experienced Plumber / Water Softener Engineer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality water hygiene and plumbing services to a range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) servicing and maintenance.
- Undertake mains and tank disinfections to ensure system hygiene and compliance.
- Conduct calorifier inspections and routine water system checks.
- Perform plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works as required.
- Install, service, and maintain water softeners and related equipment.
- Perform equipment testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company standards on-site.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plumber or Water Hygiene Engineer within the water treatment industry.
- Competent in water softener installation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of Legionella control and water hygiene practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Midlands (and occasionally UK-wide).
