To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated with a positive attitude and the drive to maintain high standards. Ideally you will be office based, once settled in your role you will be able to work from home when required.
The salary on offer is in the range of £35 to £40k depending on the level of your overall experience, so don't be put off by the top range, it is negotiable!
The successful candidate:
- Previous experience as a Surveyor delivering professional services in particular valuation reports in the Hull and Humber region
- MRICS membership with a few years of post qualification experience.
- Experience and understanding of Red Book Standard RICS valuation reports and varied bank lending reports.
- High quality skills in producing an analysis of spreadsheets.
- Experience and skills in maintaining and managing a comparable valuation database.
- Experience in landlord and tenant representation upon rent reviews and lease renewals including Arbitration and Independent Expert determinations.
The ideal candidate will also ideally have a fundamental knowledge and experience of commercial property value in the Hull and Humber region.
