Building Consultancy are looking for a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join their team in their office in Berkshire. The ideal candidate will be client focused, talented, flexible individuals with experience of working in progressive design-led practices.
You will be involved with projects ranging in size from small refurbishments through to new build from project inception to completion and beyond. The range of clients you will be working with range from schools, universities, national research bodies, a racecourse, private members club, national commercial companies and property management companies.
You will be expected to take a proactive lead role co-ordinating design team and contractors and advising clients in all aspects of their property.
It is ESSENTIAL you are a competent specification writer with a good defect analysis grounding and strong contract administration skills. Above all, you need to be personable, pragmatic and enthusiastic.
You will part of a team providing a full interdisciplinary property consultancy service to a wide variety of clients.
