One of London's most highly respected property and construction consultancies have a vacancy for a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager in their team to be based in London. You will be working with private clients including funds, property owners and investors, developers, occupiers and land estates.
You will be working within the projects team reporting to the Director. Career development is encouraged and supported from within and loyalty is rewarded well.
There is a lot of work immediately available which include:
- Commercial office refurbishment
- Commercial façade retention, demolition and new build commercial property
- Pre contract phase commercial distribution warehouse extension
- Feasibility studies for a laboratory redevelopment
Qualification
- Ideally MRICS PM or BS pathway with over a year of post qualification experience in private practice
- Or MAPM with 5 years + experience
Skills
Experienced in a broad range of project management, employers agent and contract administration dutues which will ideally include:
- Employers Agent on JCT Design & Build Contracts
- Contract Administration on JCT Standard Forms of Contract
- Experience in managing commercial projects through the RIBA Stages
- Experience in commercial, industrial, distribution and residential projects
- Experience in refurbishment, new build and fit out projects
- CAT A office refurbishment projects for Landlords
- CAT A+ and CAT B office fit out projects for occupiers
- Industrial and distribution warehouse refurbishment projects
- Good knowledge of project programming, including MS Projects
- Preparing project briefs and project execution plans
- Managing clients and project consultants and contractors.
Salary will reflect the successful candidates experience and ability as well as qualification. Range between £30k to £55k plus benefits.
