We are looking for a Commercial Surveyor who has the passion and hunger to further develop their career in a fast moving and opportunistic market.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Reporting to clients, negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears
- To support the team in its business development objectives and continued growth in revenue
- To work closely with the team and clients to ensure consistent highest quality advice.
You will ideally have the following:
- At least one year of experience in a lease advisory or Valuer role.
- MRICS ideally & Registered Valuer
- An excellent telephone manner
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge across all sectors of the property industry.
- Interest in retail, fashion, and emerging trends.
- Ability to communicate and manage client relationships.
- Confidence to approach tenants and engage with the key decision makers within the business.
- Ability to work under tight time constraints to deliver high quality service.
- Microsoft office package essential.
