We have a vacancy for a Registered Valuer to join a West Sussex based Chartered Surveyors to assist the partners with an increasing workload.
The practice has particular experience and expertise with larger and older property, and is frequently inspecting Listed Buildings, such is the nature of property in their geographical area of operation.
You will be undertaking a range of non bank finance valuations throughout Sussex/Surrey (with potentially some Landlord & Tenant type work , this is not essential).
Prerequisites for the position include:
- Registered Valuer
- Minimum of 2 years of Commercial valuation experience, Residential would be desirable but not essential
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Professional and Presentable manner.
Salary will be dependent of the level of experience of the successful candidate and will range from £30k to £45k and is negotiable depending on experience.
