Independent friendly firm specialising in Surveys and Valuations across Cornwall are offering flexible working and ongoing CPD, training and development.
Their core business is providing sound professional advice to buyers in the form of HomeBuyers Surveys and Building Surveys, private valuation work as well as some Mortgage Valuation work for well known lenders.
- You will have experience in conducting RICS New Homebuyers Reports, Building Surveys and valuation;
- Qualified to AssocRICS or MRICS level and VRS;
- Wide variety of property issues and defect knowledge with an attention to detail;
- Any other skills you can being to the company will be well received to expand business;
The properties you will be surveying cover the whole spectrum from modern terraced two bed houses and cottages to coastal and country homes for some very high net worth clients and we have always ensured that everyone gets the same friendly and professional advice.
You will be technically proficient with an eye for detail and able to work well as part of a friendly team. No running around on a point system here!
This is a fully supported role with opportunities for training and CPD, mentoring and support.
The basic salary will range from £25,000 to £35,000 with the potential to earn a commission of £20,000+.
