Are you an experienced Building Surveyor who enjoys helping new surveyors learn and develop their skills?
If you are happy to commute to London and enjoy working as part of a team this could be for you.
As well as a range of Building Surveys you will be assisting to develop new clients via business generation and marketing along with networking.
Responsibilities include:
- Wide range of Building Surveying tasks within London and the South East
- Contract Administration, Defect Analysis, development monitoring, Dilapidation Surveys, Feasibility Studies, Party Wall, Planned Maintenance, RCA, Schedule of Condition and Project Management.
- Maintaining a high level of relationship with existing clients and business development
- Utilising existing IT systems.

Salary in the region of £50k (D.O.E) plus car allowance, 36.25 hours per week.
