I am partnered with a well established Consultancy working throughout the South West who have a new opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor, ideally with over 2 years PQE, to cover the areas of Bristol, Gloucestershire and across the South West when required.
They are looking for someone with the following experience to work within the South West.
- Full building survey
- Asset management plan
- Major elements survey
- Schedule of condition
- Insurance reinstatement assessment
- Stock condition survey
- Quinquennial survey
- Access audit
- Defect analysis.
Due to the nature of the role and requirement to travel throughout the South West you must have a full clean driving licence.
A car allowance or company car will be offered to the successful candidate and will be on top of the basic salary. Salary will be negotiable depending on the level of experience and ability of the successful candidate but will be in the region of £35,000 to £50,000 plus benefits including RICS professional fees paid, car allowance.
