Are you a Staffordshire based Senior Building Surveyor looking to work with a diverse range of private sector clients? You have the chance to join a growing Building and Project Consultancy team providing a full spectrum of commercial and residential advice.
You will be fully engaged in all aspects of commercial Building Surveying, from inception and negotiating scope of services with Clients, to carrying out the required professional services and delivering the project.
Commercial & Residential Building Surveying services to include;
- Due Diligence
- Construction Monitoring
- Contract Administration
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Dilapidations and Exit Strategy
- Fire Insurance Cost Assessments
- Party Walls
- Acquisition surveys
Other services include:
Expert witness, feasibility studies, service charge advice, approval of tenants' plans, and building pathology investigations.
You will be expected to play an active part in business development, and have a good grasp of commercial and residential Building Surveying, ideally with a number of years of experience in the Core Functions outlined above, with some good experience post qualification.
