This opportunity is to take on, manage, and develop a fee earning workload within a multi disciplinary consultancy who offer their services throughout the UK. There are multiple vacancies in Manchester, West Midlands, East Midlands, East of England, London, South East and South West.
The requirements
- You must be a Chartered Surveyor with Commercial Valuation experience and a RICS Registered Valuer.
- You must be able to create clear and concise reports
- Effective planning and organising skills
- High level of IT skills with Word and Excel, valuation packages Argus and KEL
- You will have a can do attitude with a high level of self-awareness
- You will need to be supportive within a team but be effective and productive working autonomously
