Our client is a leading consultancy within the Air and Water industry, recognised for delivering expert services and compliance solutions across a wide range of sectors. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Legionella Consultant to manage a portfolio of existing clients and support continued business growth in the South East.
The Role
As a Senior Legionella Consultant, you will take responsibility for managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, and providing high-quality consultancy across both water and air hygiene disciplines. You will also play an active role in developing new business opportunities and expanding the company’s presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
	- Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with current legislation and industry guidance.
- Carry out Indoor Air Quality Assessments and Cooling System Reports.
- Produce detailed schematics for water systems.
- Audit client site records and logbooks to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and issue Certificates of Compliance.
- Draft Scopes of Service, Service Agreements, and related documentation.
- Complete comprehensive Risk Assessment reports and maintain accurate records.
- Support business development by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities within the South East.
Key Requirements
	- Degree qualified in a science discipline (ideally Environmental Science).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within the Legionella control industry.
- Strong working knowledge of building mechanical services and relevant water and air quality legislation and guidance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload and client portfolio.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the region.
