Senior Project Manager / Employer’s Agent – London
Our clients are a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy providing a wide range of design and building services including masterplanning, urban design, landscape and development consultancy.
As they continue to expand, they are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager/Employer’s Agent to join their Development Consultancy team in London. You will be a key member of the team responsible for delivering pre and post-contract services for private and public sector clients whilst playing an important role in the long-term development and growth of the business.
Requirements:
- Ideally a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Project Management / Employer’s Agent duties
- Ideally Chartered (MRICS or similar)
- Contract documents preparation experience
- Contract administration experience
- Technical understanding of housing construction
- Strong attention to detail, and a drive to deliver high quality work
- Private sector housing PM/EA experience
- Social housing sector PM/EA experience
- A clear understanding of client and contractor commercial drivers
- Ability to develop and maintain strong professional client relationships and identify opportunities for improvement
In Return:
