Senior Quantity Surveyor – Berkshire
We are currently working with a leading Property & Construction consultancy, with offices based throughout the UK and Europe, who are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Berkshire office.
They're ideally looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a minimum of 15 years' experience, ideally experience working on large scale commercial projects. Reporting to a Director, you will be working closely with the project delivery design team and responsible for client liaison on various large commercial schemes.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Responsible for the delivery of the entire project
- Responsible for the development of the cost management strategy and delivery
- Producing cost plans and cost reports
- Manage risk processes and value management
- preparing formal project progress and other reports
- Working with supply chain and implementing effective procurement
- Liaising with clients, contractors and designers
- Responsible for managing sub-consultants and construction managers
- Attending and chairing meetings
Requirements:
- MRICS Qualified
- Minimum of 15 years' experience, including experience working on large scale commercial schemes
- Experience managing full project delivery
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Experience working with design teams
- Excellent organisational skills
- Full UK drivers licence and ability/willingness to travel
In Return:
