Our Client is an independent Water Treatment Company that is now recruiting for a Senior Water Treatment Engineer to work in London and the South East.
As a Senior Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring all works are technically compliant, run smoothly, and on programme in accordance with LCA standards & relevant legislation
Reactive callouts completed on time and to customer satisfaction
Provide technical assistance/fault finding to engineers & resolve problems at site level.
Ensure PPM works are carried out to L8 HSG274, SFG20 and HVAC standards
Auditing sites and updating of site logbooks
Reporting to Senior Management on site issues
60 day (Dilapidation) reports.
Water Risk Assessments
Task Risk Assessments
Water Hygiene monitoring tasks:
Water Sampling
Temperature monitoring
Tank inspections
Fault finding and reporting
Service, install, commission and maintain Cooling Towers and associated equipment
Water Softener Servicing and Repairs
Closed System Chemical Analysis & Dosing
Carry out Tank Repairs and Disinfections
Swimming pool Monitoring, Plant/Equipment Maintenance and Repairs.
Basic Plumbing Skills.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Ensure effective running of the assigned jobs
Resourcing sufficient equipment and materials in conjunction with the Ops Manager and the purchasing administrator.
Systematic and logical sequence of works.
Pick up on remedial works.
Ensure log books on site up to date.
Ensure Company adhere to L8 HSG274 legislation.
Carry out logbook audits & site surveys
To ensure COSHH records are on site and up to date.
Liaise with Help Desk on PPM works to ensure they are completed on time.
Ensuring Compliance with Health and Safety regulations/risk assessments.
Liaise with customers and tenants to ensure expectations are managed and met.
Provide quotations to clients.
Report to Senior Manager/Director as required
Develop Department.
