As the manager of solar PV operations, you will collaborate with senior management team to establish the division
Duties Include:
- Controlling Sales
- Taking care of new leads
- Setting up and carrying out site or desktop consultations
- Generating quotes
- Controlling the installation process
- Arrange for installation
- Assigning engineers for installation
- Supervising the project's schedule and budget
- Controlling vendors
- Overseeing engineers during installation
- Conducting evaluations.
- Determining KPIs.
- Overseeing client communications during the project.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years' worth of solar PV experience
- Past sales expertise
- Extremely well-organized and capable of managing time
- Prior experience overseeing employees
