Well established Consultancy leading in the commercial sector are looking for a new Professional Surveyor in order to assist with the ever increasing Valuation and Landlord & Tenant workload.
What you will do:
- To become a part of a team delivering professional services to an established client base including private clients, Banks, Pension Funds and other professional service providers covering the retail, office, industrial and residential sectors
- To include undertaking valuations for both secured and non-secured lending purposes across Devon
- To include undertaking landlord & tenant work including lease renewals, regears, rent reviews for both Landlord & Tenant clients
- To have a key role in business promotion and marketing
Experience needed:
Any candidates with the following skills and experience are encouraged to apply:-
- RICS Qualified, ideally with a couple of years of post qualification experience
- Working knowledge of property legislation
- Local/regional market knowledge preferred but not essential
- Good social skills, particularly business networking
- Excellent oral and written language skills, including report writing abilities
Remuneration will be based on the candidate’s level of qualification and experience, and will include access to the company’s bonus scheme and contributory pension. Will consider part time hours to fit in with family life.
