Opportunity for Consultant Valuation Surveyors in Reading. You will choose your own hours and how many days you want to work, ideally a minimum of 2 days is preferable.
You must have a proven background in valuation and be AssocRICS or MRICS or FRICS and ideally be willing to work 2 to 4 days a week.
You must have at least 1 year of solid residential valuation experience in your postcode area and have been approved by lenders in the past with an excellent track record and excellent references.
This opportunity would suit someone that needs to do the school run, has regular commitments or just looking for a part time flexible opportunity maybe looking to slow down.
This would especially suit someone nearing retirement who just wants to take a step back.
Fee will be split 50/50 and invoiced monthly, you will be self-employed and working on a freelance basis using the clients indemnity insurance.
