Our client, a leading Engineering and Compliance firm, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth within their Water Treatment division. This is a national role so you can be based anywhere in the UK
Role Overview
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities across a range of services, including:
- Water Treatment & Hygiene
- Air Hygiene
- Legionellosis Risk Assessments
- Installation Services
- Training Solutions
Once new contracts are secured, they will be transitioned to the Account Management team for ongoing support and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue potential.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in business development within the water treatment or compliance sector.
- Strong technical understanding of relevant services and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Full UK driving license is essential.
