Our client is a global water technology company with expertise in water treatment for industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical, leisure and domestic applications. The company operates in most countries around the world with special focus on European markets.
The company manufactures solutions for both domestic and export use and supplies the UK market with appropriate solutions from the extensive global portfolio.
The company are now looking for a Water Conditioning / Softener Engineer to repair, service and commission a range of water softeners, drinking water systems and water conditioning units in domestic & commercial premises within your region, whilst providing excellent customer service.
This role is covering North London and East Anglia
Key Duties:
- Repair and service company products within the customers premises in accordance with daily worksheets as scheduled by Customer Services.
- Install water softeners domestic and commercial to the required standards as requested.
- Call customers direct as required.
- Maintain excellent customer service whilst representing the company within customer homes.
- Work in an accurate and timely manner.
- Take customer payments for work undertaken on site.
- Liaise regularly with the Customer Service to keep them up to date with any developments.
- Pro-actively promote service add on products as made available by the company from time to time (ie salt, Aqaclean …)
- Install POU coolers to the required standards as requested.
- Providing on-site sanitisation of water coolers to meet the requirements, ensuring coolers are clean and hygienic at all times
- Complete accurate documentation including signed delivery notes/PDA from the customer.
- Update all water cooler cards for sanitisations and record cooler serial numbers at all times
- Maintain your tools at all times so they are clean, functioning and in good working order.
- Maintain your company vehicle ensuring it is clean and adheres to road requirements at all times.
Experience Required:
- Preferably electro mechanical skills.
- An understanding of the Water Conditioning products and services.
- Good understanding of the Travel Logistics
Remuneration
Basic Salary up to £35K
