Our client, an established and growing Water Hygiene and Legionella Compliance company, is looking to recruit an experienced Water Hygiene Contract Manager to manage a portfolio of contracts across Kent & London and the surrounding areas

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Water Hygiene professional looking to move into, or further develop within, Contract Management. The role combines client management, operational delivery and commercial development, with an attractive commission structure providing additional earning potential.

The Role

  • Managing a portfolio of Water Hygiene and Legionella compliance contracts across London
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients
  • Building and maintaining strong long-term customer relationships
  • Ensuring contracts are delivered efficiently, profitably and in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Coordinating Water Hygiene Engineers, Legionella Risk Assessors and remedial teams
  • Monitoring contract performance, engineer productivity and service delivery
  • Attending client review meetings and providing regular contract updates
  • Reviewing Water Hygiene reports and ensuring remedial recommendations are actioned
  • Preparing quotations for remedial works and additional services
  • Identifying opportunities to develop and grow existing accounts
  • Supporting new business and contract mobilisation
  • Managing customer queries and resolving operational issues
  • Monitoring contract profitability and commercial performance
  • Working closely with Operations, Sales and Technical teams
  • Ensuring services are delivered in accordance with ACoP L8, HSG274 and relevant industry guidance
  • Maintaining accurate CRM and contract records

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry
  • Experience in Contract Management, Account Management, Operations or a senior Water Hygiene position
  • Strong understanding of ACoP L8 and HSG274
  • Good knowledge of Water Hygiene monitoring, Legionella Risk Assessments and remedial works
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Experience managing and developing client relationships
  • Ability to identify additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts
  • Confident preparing quotations and discussing technical recommendations with clients
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities
  • Full UK Driving Licence
