Our client is a leading Water Hygiene and Legionella Compliance company that is continuing to expand its commercial operations across the South East. They are looking to recruit an experienced Water Hygiene Sales / Regional Manager to drive business growth, develop new client relationships and support the continued expansion of their Water Hygiene division.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a designated region, generating new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across the Water Hygiene and Legionella Compliance sector
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing contracts
- Build strong relationships with Facilities Management companies, Local Authorities, Healthcare, Education, Housing Associations and Commercial clients
- Prepare quotations, tenders and service proposals
- Carry out client meetings, site surveys and presentations
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies
- Work alongside operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Achieve agreed sales and profitability targets
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and sales forecasts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Attend networking events, exhibitions and industry conferences
- Support and mentor junior sales team members where required
Requirements
- Proven sales and account management experience within the Water Hygiene, Water Treatment or Legionella Compliance industry
- Strong knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274 and Water Hygiene compliance services
- Successful track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Commercially driven with the ability to build long-term client relationships
- Experience preparing quotations, tenders and service agreements
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
- Full UK Driving Licence
