Our client is a leading provider of environmental and safety services, delivering high-quality water hygiene solutions across a wide range of sectors. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Water Hygiene Supervisor / Team Leader to join their growing team.
This is a home-based role with national coverage, requiring occasional travel and overnight stays. The position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role, develop a team, and drive operational performance within a dynamic business.
Main Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of field-based Water Hygiene Technicians
- Plan and prioritise workloads to meet client requirements efficiently
- Monitor team performance, including utilisation and productivity
- Support invoicing processes and resolve client queries
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
- Conduct audits, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Act as the main point of contact for operational support and guidance
- Drive improvements in service delivery, quality, and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
- Maintain strong communication with senior management
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within water hygiene or a related field
- Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Flexible approach with willingness to travel
