We are seeking an experienced and motivated Water Hygiene Field Supervisor to join a growing team in Cambridgheshire. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a team of field-based technicians
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
  • Plan and prioritise workloads to meet client requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Monitor team performance including utilisation, revenue, and fee-earning activities
  • Support invoicing processes and resolve client queries professionally
  • Lead recruitment, staff development, performance management, and disciplinary activities
  • Deliver training, conduct audits, and carry out performance reviews
  • Act as the first point of contact within the operational area, providing support and guidance
  • Assist with the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and service quality across the Water Hygiene division
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards
  • Maintain strong communication with senior management and escalate key issues where necessary
  • Coordinate and attend meetings as required

Desirable Experience & Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within Water Hygiene or a related sector
  • Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements
