Our client is an Environmental Company that is looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to their Water Division.
Overall responsibility for delivery of allocated contracts to include daily operations / meeting client and contract specific requirements in the most efficient, effective manner possible. Responsible for operational delivery including planning and scheduling through the management of site staff to meet client requirements and targets.
To manage and develop allocated Key Accounts, being a proactive ambassador for the company, and growing sales within them.
Manage and support a client focussed approach of delivering optimum service delivery.
Contribute, support, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver contractual obligations in accordance with and in line with client expectations
Attend Client review meetings
- Responsible for the P&L account of allocated accounts
- Daily management of site-based staff whilst ensuring site H&S requirements are met and optimum service is delivered.
- Management of daily operational delivery of allocated accounts in the most effective and efficient manner, in accordance with Contractual requirements and budgets.
- Measure and periodically report operational performance against contractual KPIs.
