We are currently recruiting for an established Water Treatment Company that are looking to fill the position
of Water Treatment Operations Manager
Due to continued success and growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to manage a team of engineers. You will lead the team in the growth and delivery of an efficient and compliant water hygiene , water treatment and commercial heating service to customers.
As Operations Manager you will conduct yourself in a professional manner in support or customers and work colleagues.
Take responsibility to deliver a first-class service for the customers
To ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the agreed specification
To assist in the development of staff
Checking paperwork and service standards completed by the team.
Carry out allocated work within agreed time schedules, adhering to the Quality Management System and
quality policy, and to the relevant industry guidelines and customer specifications.
Liaising with clients, contract manager and engineers to book in work and log it in the system
Ordering of chemical and equipment stocks
Arrangement of engineer's rota
Attendance of site as and when necessary
Cover for emergency works
Arrangement of engineers meetings
Ensuring works vehicles are maintained and services and MOT's are booked
Ensuring that all engineering equipment is maintained and PAT tested and arranging vehicle audits
Ensuring that clients and engineers receive the correct RAMS and paperwork
Costings and labour management for specific jobs
Liaison with senior management
Work in conjunction with the admin and management team to create an efficient and workable schedule .
Complete projects so they can be signed off and are compliant
Health & Safety management.

Able to work without direct supervision.
Physically able to complete required duties.
Full driving licence.
Able to deal directly with customers in a professional manner and represent the company.
The successful candidate must have working knowledge of water hygiene and water treatment. Good communication and computer skills. Proven record in management desirable and able to demonstrate delivery of similar works and able to work under pressure
Candidates should have the following experience:
Previous experience in relevant operational environment within the Water Treatment / Water Hygiene
Industry
Driven and enthusiastic for achieving results
Water Treatment / Water Hygiene professional qualification
Commercially focused with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
