They are seeking an Account Manager to oversee and grow customer accounts from Berkshire / Wiltshire up to the South Midlands.
This role combines relationship management with sales responsibility, ensuring continued success and expansion of water treatment and hygiene services in line with business plans, company values, and performance KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations for water sampling following positive results.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, profitability, and long‑term loyalty.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services to existing clients, adhering to HSE guidelines and company values.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, providing accurate management information.
- Collaborate with colleagues, offering support and cover when required.
- Respond to sales enquiries, new leads, and referrals, assisting fellow account managers as needed.
- Draft quotes and proposals in line with company policies.
- Develop and expand existing client accounts through proactive relationship management.
- Achieve agreed sales and profitability targets.
- Maintain and update customer records in company databases.
- Provide Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for works when required.
