We are currently recruiting for a well-established Water Treatment Company that is looking to recruit a Country Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Water Treatment specialist to execute the sales strategy through building, leading, and developing the national water treatment sales team to deliver on target sustainable & profitable growth.
The candidate must be technically proficient in water treatment and have experience of managing a sales team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Working closely with the Managing Director to develop the water treatment sales strategy across targeted sectors and industries across the UK
- This role is targeting Water Treatment so the successful candidate must be knowledgeable in Steam Boilers, Cooling Towers and Closed Systems and be used to winning business within various market sectors
- Implement and execute the sales strategy to achieve both revenue and profit targets
- Build, manage, develop, and coach a national water treatment sales team
- Drive growth both personally and through the team
- Set relevant achievable targets and objectives for the sales team
- Work closely with the bid team to ensure this national team own the opportunities, and submit high quality, profitable and successful bids
- Mobilisation of major contracts wins
Successful candidate will have the following experience
- A minimum of 5 years in Industrial Water Treatment Sales with at least 5 of these running a Sales Team
- Degree qualified in Chemistry or relevant Science degree
- Proven track record of delivering sales both personally and for a team
