Our client, a leading provider of Water Treatment solutions, is looking to recruit an experienced Water Treatment Equipment Engineer to cover commercial and industrial sites throughout the South of the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong mechanical and electrical experience who enjoys working on a wide range of Water Treatment equipment and providing first-class technical support to customers.
The Role
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of Water Treatment equipment across commercial and industrial sites
- Servicing and commissioning of Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems
- Water softener installation, servicing and fault finding
- Servicing deionisation (DI) plant and filtration systems
- Chemical dosing equipment installation and maintenance
- Fault finding on pumps, control panels and associated equipment
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns
- Equipment upgrades and refurbishment projects
- Providing technical support and recommendations to customers
- Completing service reports and maintaining accurate documentation
- Working in accordance with Health & Safety procedures and industry best practice
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Water Treatment Equipment Engineer or Field Service Engineer
- Good knowledge of:
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems
- Water Softeners
- Deionisation (DI) plant
- Chemical dosing systems
- Filtration equipment
- Pumps and associated control systems
- Electrical fault-finding skills (single and three-phase desirable)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to travel throughout the South of England with occasional overnight stays
Package
- Basic Salary: £38,000 – £48,000 DOE
