They are now looking for a skilled Field Service Equipment Engineer to join their specialist team supporting Water Treatment and Food & Beverage customers across the lower Midlands and Southwest.
What You’ll Do
In this hands‑on, customer‑facing role, you’ll ensure our equipment performs reliably and efficiently across a range of industrial environments. Your work will include:
- Installing and commissioning new equipment
- Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance
- Responding to breakdowns and diagnosing faults
- Providing technical support and ensuring high service standards
You’ll work from home, receiving appointments from our Service Coordinators and managing your own schedule. Strong organisation and time‑management skills are essential.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a multi‑skilled engineer with experience across mechanical, electrical, and automated/PLC‑driven systems. You’ll be confident working independently, adaptable, and comfortable engaging with customers at all levels.
You should have:
- HNC/ONC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in Food & Beverage, Water Treatment, or manufacturing environments
- PLC fault‑finding skills (preferred)
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting ability
- Experience with automation or project work (advantageous)
- A clean driving licence and willingness to travel between customer sites
