Our client is a leading Water Treatment Company that is recruiting for a Water Treatment Manager to cover the Midlands.
Key Duties Include:
- Manage existing water treatment contract base which will start at around £300,000 pa
- Supervise hygiene team including audits excluding day to day management which will be covered by Service Manager
- Attend Water Management meetings and LCA events.
- Manage and maintain LCA accreditation including annual audits and resulting actions. Attend regular training seminars including AGM’s
- Follow up plant enquires for RO, Softening and Filtration (after training)
- Attend service delivery team meetings quarterly and report progress
- Managing all sales within the Water Treatment Managers defined existing customer base. This involves
- Developing sales plans with each customer
- Forecasting existing equipment lifecycles
- Developing additional sales opportunities on site cross selling
- Developing new business with new customers by targeted sales activity including tenders.
- Meet sales targets and adhere to agreed key performance indications (KPI’s) as outlined by your line manager (Service Director)
- Attend monthly sales meeting and present work completed in the previous month and plan for the coming month.
- Investigating and solving customer’s problems and complaints.
- Attend any relevant training courses
- Carryout site surveys and prepare/assist quotations
- Obtaining pricing from approved suppliers
- Liaising with approved sub-contractors
- Assist with service support where required
- Assist with Project management where required
- Carry out interviews/recruitment where required
- Carry out any other duties as required by your line manager
In return the company offer a basic salary of between £40K - £45K + Commission, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Healthcare, Death in Service, Hybrid Company Vehicle
