Our client is a Water Treatment Company currently looking to recruit a Water Treatment Operations
Manager in Wiltshire
As a Water Treatment Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties.
Overseeing and managing engineers and engineering department
Liaising with clients, contract manager and engineers to book in work and log it in the system
Ordering of chemical and equipment stocks
Arrangement of engineer's rota
Attendance of site as and when necessary
Cover for emergency works
Monthly Operations Managers report at monthly team meeting
Arrangement of engineer’s meetings
Maintenance of warehouse
Ensuring works vehicles are maintained and services and MOTs are booked
Ensuring that all engineering equipment is maintained, and PAT tested and arranging vehicle audits
Ensuring that clients and engineers receive the correct RAMS and paperwork
Costings and labour management for specific jobs
Liaison with senior management
The successful candidate must have working knowledge of the Water treatment & Hygiene industry and either already been working in an Operations Managers role or currently a Supervisor looking to make the move into an Operations managers role.
