Our client is a global leader in water treatment solutions, specialising in industrial water chemistry, process optimisation, and chemical treatment programmes. They are now looking to recruit a Water Treatment Account Manager to cover the South East / UK region.
This is a client-facing, technical sales role, combining account management with hands-on water treatment expertise.
Main Duties:
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of industrial clients
- Carry out on-site water analysis and system checks
- Optimise chemical dosing programmes for:
- Cooling towers
- Steam boilers
- Closed systems
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Provide technical recommendations to improve system efficiency
- Ensure compliance with relevant water treatment standards and regulations
- Build long-term relationships with key decision makers
- Deliver reports and performance reviews to clients
Day-to-day duties:
- Visiting industrial client sites
- Testing and analysing water systems
- Adjusting chemical treatment programmes
- Meeting clients and presenting solutions
- Working closely with internal technical teams
Experience Required:
- Background in Water treatment or chemical / process engineering
- Experience with Cooling towers, Boiler systems, Industrial water treatment
- Strong client-facing / account management skills
- Ability to manage territory and grow accounts
- Full UK driving licence
Package:
- Salary: £45,000 – £60,000
