A leading Building Services company is looking to appoint a Water Treatment Technician / Engineer to support several key sites across London & SE. Reporting directly to the Water Treatment Manager, you’ll take ownership of routine and corrective water treatment tasks, ensuring systems remain compliant, efficient, and safe.
Key Responsibilities
• Closed circuit sampling and on site analysis (mini lab / photometer)
• Domestic water sampling and CWST inspections
• Transporting samples to laboratory drop off points (Moorgate)
• Water softener testing and basic inspections
• Chlorine dioxide testing and system checks
• Chemical dosing of closed circuits
• Sidestream filter inspections and media changes
• Logbook inspections, audits, and compliance record keeping
• Completion of job sheets and electronic records
• TMV testing, servicing, and adjustment
• Data entry from laboratory reports into trending spreadsheets (Excel)
• Servicing and minor repairs of cooling tower dosing equipment

Salary & Benefits
• £29,000–£35,000 depending on experience
• 25 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year up to 28
